Course Description - presentation of the course with particular reference to the course that will follow and the objectives it sets out to achieve - cultural-historical introduction concerning the reasons that have led over the centuries to the need for specific legislation on cultural property - brief historical excursus on the development of legislation from the pre-unitary states to the most recent laws - analysis of the Code of Cultural Heritage with particular reference to the articles dealing with the fundamental concepts of protection, conservation, enjoyment, promotion, management, use, and circulation of property - illustration of the structure of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, particularly in light of the recent reorganization - illustration of the references of the Cultural Heritage Code to other sources: Constitution, Civil Code, recent provisions and updates - illustration of the law concerning copyright and analysis of key articles for an initial approach to the subject matter
