Warning: the personal schedule does not replace the presentation of the study plan! It's an informal tool that can help you better manage the organization of class attendance before the study plan presentation. After the study plan presentation we recommend you to use the Lecture timetable service in your Online Services.
To create your customized schedule follow these instructions:
- Click on the "Enable" link to proceed. You will be asked your surname and first name in order to determine your alphabetic grouping.

To add or remove courses from your personal schedule, use the small icons which are found next to the courses:

removal of the course
selection of the section of the Laboratory of Architecture (Note: the effective area in which the teaching will be carried out will be determined after the presentation of the Study Plans)

There are also these commands:
View the schedule: allows the viewing of the weekly synoptic schedule
Delete the schedule: cancels the selections made

The course aims to illustrate the main skills that a facility manager must be equipped to play fully its role within the company in which it operates, with the aim of supervising the functionality of the buildings (heritage) that are responsible, optimizing viability: (a) the context: the different types of assets (residential, commercial, commercial, industrial, etc..), the spin-off, sale and lease-back, project finance and securitization; design for life cycle costing; methods for estimating the value of real property, (b) the main services: building services (steam, cooling, cleaning, etc..), people (space planning, catering, kindergarten etc..) and business (photocopiers, fax machines, badge , fleet management, etc..), (c) the maintenance of reliability and engineering references maintenance, maintenance of real estate policies, the preparation of the maintenance plan at the planning and operation, planning of maintenance and sizing resources and the global service maintenance, (d) the contracts and policies: negotiation; structure of the model contract; Outsourcing tactical and strategic, the service level agreement, the activities of standardization bodies (UNI, CEN, etc..); (e) control: the key performance indicators, information systems and call center management projects, facility management, service quality and the six-sigma, the monitoring of supply and e-purchasing, benchmarking of services.
