To create your customized schedule follow these instructions:

Course Description

The integrated course aims to provide the basic knowledge related to the theories, techniques and tools of urban planning and aims to provide interpretative models of the processes of territorial and urban transformation, and the relationships between these and the operational tools aimed at urban intervention.
The course will highlight the historical, political, economic and social factors that have driven the urbanization and will analyze the tools (plans, projects, rules, rules) that have used urban operators to guide the territorial transformation processes and the urban developments. In addition, the lessons will provide students with the cognitive, interpretative and operational coordinates necessary to deal with planning problems at different scales (regional, provincial, municipal) with particular attention to the problems of mobility, the environment, the landscape and the design of public space. Particular attention will be paid to the description of the recent trends of urban transformation in Italy and to the new articulations of the instruments for the government of the territory.
The integrated course aims to provide the student with the analytical and operational skills to understand the urban phenomena of the contemporary city and to intervene appropriately in this context, pursuing objectives of sustainability and environmental landscape and settlement quality.
