Course Description The course will deal with the issues of user-centred project, the ethnographic analysis techniques and the study of human behaviour and actions; tools supporting the creation of innovative concepts; techniques of representation of scenarios based on product concepts and technology services; the construction of different forms of prototyping for the evaluation and optimization of the experience; methods and techniques of experience evaluation; the project of interfaces; techniques and design, co-design and communication tools, supporting the innovation project. Furthermore, the course will focus on interaction, aesthetics and experience topics, by providing models to understand the perception, cognitive and emotional processes of the experience and the actions supported by technological tools. Furthermore, several issues related to project's ethics of digital and technological solutions will be faced.
