It's an informal tool that can help you better manage the organization of class attendance before the study plan presentation. After the study plan presentation we recommend you to use the Lecture timetable service in your Online Services.
To create your customized schedule follow these instructions:
- Click on the "Enable" link to proceed. You will be asked your surname and first name in order to determine your alphabetic grouping.

The course has been designed to provide students with knowledge of project appraisal techniques, starting from the Sustainability principles in the context of the real estate development process, considered in the light of the International Valuation Standards Codes, in particular, through the study of the scheme and the characterizing elements of the EVS 2003 Code (European Valuation Standards, version 2003), as well as its fundamental role and its possible developments, in order to demonstrate its essential principles (transparency, public knowledge, effectiveness and reliability
Moreover, this course teaches students all the steps necessary to develop a project: choose a site in the community, determine how to attract equity and gain regulatory approvals, produce the site plan and elevations, conduct the market analyses, determine profitable and feasible development strategies, use of discounted cash flow analysis in valuation and the measurement of risk and return, use of GBTool in environmental evaluation of project. In facts, the Course describes the principal theoretical principles and the operational tools of the environmental and social evaluation at the regional scale and provides for operational capabilities in the assessment of architectural projects and existing buildings in a multicriteria viewpoint, particularly referring to the Green Building Challenge (GBC) approach.
