Course Description The course aims to provide students with the conceptual and operational tools for the study of economic processes at the local level. The course must be able to give students the tools to understand the economic effects that the physical transformations of the territory (at different scales, from large urban transformations, the renovation of a building, construction of major infrastructure projects) generate. With this objective, the course provides a wide range of theories and conceptual approaches that explain the location choices of businesses and individuals in the territory, and the factors which determine economic growth area.
