Course Description The course aims at providing students with theoretical and numerical tools useful to describe and understand the transport phenomena occurring in the biological systems - particularly in the human cardiovascular, renal and respiratory systems - as well as in the most important categories of fluidic devices for biomedical and biotechnological applications. The course also aims at developing problem formulation and solving skills that enable effective expertise for addressing novel biomedical applications.
