Course Description Understand the purpose, functions, techniques, and problems of Bibliography and bibliographic disciplines in relation to scholarly work. Know the contents and the ways of creation, dissemination, search, representation, and evaluation of resources in the bibliographic universe to learn the principles and basics of information literacy and the establishment of bibliographic directories aimed at scientific research. At the end of the course, students will be able to: 1. Properly set up a scholarly work (e.g.: presentations, papers, term papers, theses); 2. Search, evaluate, select, organize, and use information and sources for a scholarly work; 3. Use a bibliographic repertoire, catalog, database, or search engine with awareness and competence; 4. Set up a bibliographic repertoire; 5. Use a reference manager Content: Bibliography and the bibliographic disciplines. The bibliographic universe and its representation. Finding, identifying, selecting, and obtaining bibliographic resources. Research methodology. Setting up bibliographic directories as scientific work.
