Course Description The goal of the course is to provide the students with basic notions about: measurement sensor based on MEMS technology (temperature, humidity, pressure, acceleration, movement, inertial mass unit); non-contact measurement systems (monochrome, color, time of flight and thermal cameras); systems to measure flow rate and energy, with elements of electric measurements and notions of electronic instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, function generator, Analog to Digital Converter boards). Labwork will allow the students to acquire the skills to design measurement chains that respect requirements of accuracy, bandwidth using industrial instrumentation.
