Course Description The aim of the course is to provide knowledge of the principles of business organization and organizational behavior (with specific reference to the role of management systems, developed internationally as effective and efficient management models applicable to quality, environmental protection and occupational safety) and importance of the human factor as a fundamental element of success in these management situations. In this context, the peculiarities and criticalities in the application phases of the main organizational and management models are analyzed. In addition, the methods deriving from Behavior Analysis are discussed, with reference to both Performance Management and Behavior-Based Safety, which allow to condition occupational safety behaviors, in order to reduce accidents and injuries caused by human behavior
