Course Description The course aims to provide students with a framework the more wide-ranging and in-depth as possible about the issues related to the management of Supply Chain, providing a vision of a high level of problems, trends and emerging issues, and on the other hand, a set of models, approaches and tools to interpret and to better manage the challenges companies are facing nowadays. In fact, the course is divided into two parts: in the first (SC&PM) will analyze the problems of the SC of different industrial sectors, provide models for the strategic analysis of SC is to address the issues of integration between the SC and product innovation. In the second (GSN) are analyzed the themes of the globalization of SC in terms of models, organizational structures and contracts and the issue of risk management within the SC.
