Course Description In a distributed software development context, the team in charge of the project is geographically distributed. This happens in the reality for many reasons mainly related to the general trend toward globalization. The course will give students an insight on the complexity of distributed software development. The students will be trained to work in distributed teams and will be assigned to a project proposed by real customers. Each team will be monitored at least by two academic supervisors and a customer, in most cases, from industry. Lectures in class will be mainly focused on monitoring projects and discussing any encountered difficulty
