Course Description 1st Module Territory transport risk analysis (in coordination with the other modules), vulnerability and risk exposure analysis of the transport network, transports planning in emergency. Traffic Management Plans and Transport. Emergency Management Plans, methods to determine effective routes for the aids and the evacuation, interventions optimization, monitoring, telecontrol and users information technologies, hazardous goods transport, minimum requirements for tunnel safety, ADR 2007; risk analysis and fires simulation; methods for emergency and safety plans drawing. 2nd Module Transport systems and services fundaments, fundaments of road traffic theory and technique, transport planning fundaments, statistics and probability calculus (MAT/06), optimization methods, decisions support systems (MAT/09), data base, GIS (ING-INF/05), transport risk components, active and passive risk, probability, vulnerability, exposure, introduction to qualitative and quantitative transport risk analysis methods, definition of minimum risk routes.
